Taste the Diabetes
People think that just because a label says "low fat" doesn't really mean that its healthy, it actually means that there is more sugar so it 'taste good'. People are getting 13% of their daily calories, which is suppost to me 2,000, from added sugars.
Just because sugar isn't fat most people think its okay to eat, but in reality when your body doesn't need it that sugar instantly turns into fat. But that's okay though, right?
Because it taste good.
