There are Five laws for the Consumer Bill of Rights.

  1. Consumers have the right to a safe product which means that the product will not cause harm to consumer.
  2. Consumers have the right to be informed which means that you have protection against misleading product and you will be given the facts to make good choices.
  3. Consumers have the right to be choose which means that consumers have many products and services available to them at competitive prices.
  4. Consumers have the right to be heard which means that consumers interests will be heard when laws are written.
  5. Consumers have the right to redress which means you are able to obtain adequate payment from the manufacturers if the product causes financial or physical damage.
