Watershed:

Water that is draining into a river.Usually comes from a high point and flows into a low point.

Source:

The source of a river or stream is the original point from which the river flows.

Great Basin:

A watershed is where water does not flow into a ocean.

Mouth/Delta:

A area formed from the deposition of sediments at the mouth of the river.

Divide:

is seperating longer rivers

Headwaters:

Extreme upper reaches of a stream.

Down River:

A Down River is between headwaters and flood plains

Comment Stream
