Patience is Key

My blogging adventure begins with an article regarding patience. Patience is the ability for a being to wait for a reward. Often times, an impatient person will become restless and annoyed waiting for their reward. Patience is effected by a chemical in the body known as serotonin. Serotonin is released in the brain and calm the brain. Serotonin is often targeted by antidepressants to relax the body. The amount of serotonin released can effect how patient a person can be.

The article I read gave me insight as to what serotonin is and how it effects patience. Patience is an effect of serotonin in the brain. I learned a lot in the field of how patient is created from within. It really gives you an idea of what happens when impatience occurs in others, or even yourself. In conclusion, the chemical serotonin is a compound that relaxes the brain, which in turn can create patience.
