A Look at Paul Panaikas’s Qualifications and Professional Career
Paul Panaikas is an ambitious, reliable, and honest Resilience Coordinator who has been serving Joint Force Headquarters for the last 5 years. He is committed to providing the best services to the society, soldiers, their families, and units. He has knowledge of Microsoft, PowerPoint, as well as Excel, and he always completes his assignments accurately and on time. Paul is a Master Resilience Trainer and a mission oriented leader. He has a professional career, excellent communication and analytical skills.
Paul Panaikas is currently pursuing a Master's degree from a Christian College. He has completed his training as a Master Resilience Trainer from U Penn/Army Education Center. He has also completed an Account Management and Human Resources course from Army Education Center, and an X-Ray Specialist course from Academy of Health Sciences. In addition to this, he has received an Associate’s degree in Science and Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Fisher College based in Boston, MA.
2. Professional Experience:
a) Army National Guard
Paul has been serving in the Army National Guard from many years. He has served the Army as an X-Ray Specialist/Human Resources from February 1993 to December 2007, Human Resource NCO/Security Clearance Manager from December 2007 to June 2010, and Deputy State Surgeon NCOIC from June 2010 to 2011. At present, he has been working as a Unit Prevention Leader since October 2008, Master Resilience Trainer, ODTA, Joint Plans and Operations NCO from October 2010, and Suicide Prevention NCO and State Resilience Coordinator from August 2011. While working at these designations, Paul Panaikas trains soldiers to improve their resiliency skills for pre and post deployment, prepares unit readiness, supervises as well as leads subordinates, serves as a POC between Resilience Branch and State Leadership. He makes sure that the units and soldiers receive required resiliency training and briefings. He is the Defense Travel Administrator for unit personnel, and creates training plans to certify Resilience Trainer Assistants within the State. He previously assisted with security clearances through JPAS (Joint Personnel Adjudication Systems), and as a UPL (Unit Presentation Leader), he has conducted illegal substance testing, as well.
b) Security Experience:
He has served as a security personnel since September 2000, and is proficient in handling a plethora of events, independently.
c) X-Ray Digitizer:
Paul Panaikas was appointed as an X-ray Digitizer from August 1999 to June 2008 in Radiology Diagnostics, LLC. In June 2008, he received a promotion and was employed as the Director of Clients Relations.
