My name is Meghan Stabler and first and foremost I am a software business executive, having worked for major corporations in Europe and in North America for the last 27 years. Before transitioning I enjoyed an amazing career with increasing responsibilities and an unlimited career path. I was married and have a wonderful daughter who just turned 15 this past weekend. Second, I am transgender, and a transsexual, meaning I transitioned genders, in my case from male to female (sometimes referred to as "MTF" or "transwoman").
Transgender people should get the same coverage in the workplace like everyone else does. It should be no different because of the way they want to live and how they want to live.
